We had to cancel the last two weekends of 2009 due to bad weather. After a very good season, the end of the year proved to be quite a disappointment, weather wise. We had torrential rain and storm force winds which made a cruise even in the Solent unfeasible.
We have tried to make the 2010 programme just as interesting as last year. The West Country Cruise is back! The yacht will be delivered to Plymouth by another crew. This will give us a good chance to get over to the Isles of Scilly. We return the yacht to Southampton eight days later. Don't worry - LADOS takes care of the transport arrangements as well! This is very popular so book as soon as you can!
Work to be carried out on Lady Emma before the start of the 2010 season
The boom to be removed for welding and for replacement of the jammers. The new main track fitted.
New winches fitted to replace the two Lewmar winches on the cabin top (port side).

All stanchion bases to be removed and replaced. The starboard genoa turning block to be repaired. The deep water seal to be inspected; all aimed at reducing the water ingress.
The cabin sole to be reinforced in two places (by galley and at foot of companion way). The hatch replaced in the fwd heads and the fwd hatch struts repaired.
