All cruises start at 1000 hours. All cruises aim to finish by 1800 hours.
Port of embarkation is Ocean Quay, Southampton and is normally the port of return. The only exception is the West Country Cruise where the yacht may be handed over to or by another crew at a destination to be agreed.
The programme can be modified, extended or curtailed at short notice, subject usually to the weather and numbers participating.
If there is more demand than can be accommodated on Lady Emma, then a second yacht may be chartered for the club's use.
All cruises are under the command of an RYA qualified skipper holding Yachtmaster (Coastal), Yachtmaster (Offshore) or Yachtmaster (Ocean) ticket (as appropriate for the cruising area and skill levels of the crew).
Members are reminded that a booking is only confirmed when payment has been received. Payment must be made at least four weeks before departure. If you have not paid by that deadline then your berth may be allocated to another member who has paid. Within the four week window berths will be allocated as payment is received. Members cannot rely on paying at the last minute to secure a berth.
